(Clean Needle Program) 

NUHIT is an outreach clean needle program that provides clean sterile injecting equipment to intravenous drug users. 

Aims of the Program:

• To reduce the transmission of Blood Borne Viruses such as HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C
• To link people into treatment and support
• To promote safe disposal of used equipment
