The Healthy Liver Program aims to improve health outcomes of people who live with Hepatitis and other Liver related problems.

Dealing with health outcomes in a holistic way that encompasses the social determinates of health such as adequate housing, nutrition and social inclusion. We believe that people who experience Hepatitis or are at risk of Hepatitis, have the right to comprehensive health care and treatment that is:

- Empowering
- Supportive of inter-sectoral collaboration
- Self determined

We offer a multi-disciplinary team approach, comprising of a Specialist Dr, Nurse and Aboriginal Health Worker, with Hep C treatment, support and education on site. 

Services that we offer include:

- Specialist clinic here at Nunkuwarrin Yunti twice a month
- Pre and Post Hepatitis C discussions and blood tests
- Hepatitis C education and information
- Hepatitis C treatment and support

No formal referral needed, as we welcome self referral
